Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Tap2Bid's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tap2Bid provides professional construction estimating and quantity takeoff services, including but not limited to:

• Residential construction estimates
• Commercial construction estimates
• Industrial construction estimates
• Material takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Cost estimating and analysis
• Preliminary project estimates

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Submit all necessary drawings, plans, and specifications
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
• Use estimates for their intended purpose only
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary estimating methods

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see section 8)
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

All estimates, reports, and deliverables created by Tap2Bid remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended project purposes.

Clients retain ownership of all project plans, drawings, and specifications submitted to us.

While we strive for accuracy in all our estimates:

• Estimates are based on information provided by the client
• Market conditions and material costs may change
• Actual costs may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from delivery date
• We recommend obtaining multiple quotes for major projects

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All client project information and plans
• Business strategies and financial information
• Proprietary construction methods and techniques
• Any other sensitive information shared with us

We will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start work
• During Work: Partial refund based on work completed
• After Completion: No refunds for completed estimates
• Quality Issues: We will revise estimates if errors are found in our work
• Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Tap2Bid's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client or third-party actions
• Estimates are provided for planning purposes and should be verified independently
• We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for final decisions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather events
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Internet or communication system failures
• Other acts of God or unforeseen circumstances

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed to date
• Client receives all completed deliverables
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Intellectual property rights are preserved

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
